JIM MILLER | LEAD PASTOR
Jim has been serving in professional ministry, non-profit management, and teaching for twenty years. He has a D.Min. from Fuller Seminary, an M.Div. from Princeton Seminary, a M.Sc. from the University of Edinburgh, and a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and he has taught at Fuller Seminary, Horizon University, and Hawaii Theological Seminary. He is the author of Hardwired (Abingdon Press) and It’s Like This. Jim is married to Yolanda and is father of two.
BONNI CARR | OFFICE DIRECTOR
Bonni is a graduate of the University of Redlands with a degree in Business Administration and completed the Leadership Management certificate program at Duke University. Bonni retired from the telecommunications industry before joining the team at Real Life. She has a passion for serving the community and has been involved with leading and serving on short-term mission projects for over a decade.
JOE KIM | ASSOCIATE PASTOR, STUDENT MINISTRY
Joe holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a B.A. in Sociology from UC Riverside. He has served in student ministry across several churches in the Los Angeles area and is passionate about helping students grow in their faith. Joe is married to Jennifer, and together they enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and spending time on the golf course.
ANTHONY PRINCE | EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Anthony is a husband, dad, and pastor - in that order. A graduate of Fuller Seminary, he has served in pastoral ministry for over two decades, with experience in church leadership, family ministry, and ministry consulting. As Executive Pastor at Real Life, Anthony helps oversee the church's staff, operations, finances, and campus while working to turn big-picture vision into everyday ministry. Outside of church, he spends his fall weekends officiating high school and college football. Anthony is married to Christine, and together they have three children.
ZACH RUDULPH | CREATIVE ARTS DIRECTOR
Zach hails from the Bay Area of Northern California but now calls Los Angeles home with his wife and children. For the better part of the last decade, Zach has steadily traveled with platinum recording artist Andy Grammer acting as his musical director, bassist, and background vocalist. When not on the road or at church, he produces other musical acts, records bass tracks out of his studio, and taps into his passion for songwriting and music production.
STACI TRAVISANO | CHILDREN’S MINISTRY & GROUPS DIRECTOR
Staci leads Children’s Ministry and Groups at Real Life, but if something fun is happening around here, there’s a pretty good chance it’s her fault. She oversees our ministry to kids, coordinates our small groups, and helps bring some of our church’s biggest events of the year to life. Staci is passionate about creating spaces where kids can connect, belong, and grow in their faith, and about giving middle school and high school students meaningful opportunities to lead and serve. She is mom to Madisyn, Jacob, and Allisyn.
KATHARINE WANG | VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Katharine has over a decade of experience in legal and compliance roles in the banking, Fintech, and cross-border transaction sectors, serving law firms and international banks. She holds a Master of Law from UC Davis School of Law, as well as a Master of Law and a Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. Her passion for Christianity inspires her dedication to volunteer activities.

WENDI FERRONATO
Wendi Ferronato is an elementary school principal and has been a member of Real Life since it started. She lives locally with her husband and has three grown children whom she loves spending time with. Her passion is for families and how to best serve them in today's world.
DANA FREEBORN
Dana has over 40 years’ experience at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and is a group supervisor of project leaders for NASA missions and the project manager of a remote sensing instrument on the International Space Station. Dana also currently serves on our church’s Finance Team. She enjoys life with family living nearby and feels deeply blessed to be part of this church family.
JOSH MORRIS
Josh is a professor and associate dean at a local university. He has a background in developmental biology and genetics and is currently focused on developing university curriculum that effectively meets the needs of students. He has been married to his wife, Lauren for nearly 20 years and the have two children. Josh enjoys being outdoors and helping with youth ministry.
STEVE OSBORN
Steve Osborn is the proud husband of Elizabeth, father of two amazing daughters, and grandfather of two. Real Life holds a special place in his heart because it is where God brought him and Elizabeth together and where they later married. Professionally, Steve serves as Vice President of Right of Way, Inc. and West Coast Services, LLC, with more than 25 years of leadership experience. He also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps during the 1990s and is honored to support the church’s mission and continued growth.
RAYA SANDJAJA
Raya was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. He relocated to the US for college and later earned US citizenship. Currently, Raya is employed in the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Walt Disney Imagineering, overseeing Data Strategy and Ops Finance for various WDI studios. Raya also currently serves on our church’s Finance Team. He has been married for 20 years and has two children.
