Calling all Middle Schoolers! Come join us for an epic event of chase, pursuit, and adventure as you and your teammates compete in a scavenger hunt, scurry through the banana lair, complete challenges, and search for the golden banana. We'll then have an all-group activity and dinner together before you and your friends will head to your church family "host home" for a sleepover. You'll be fed with lots of snacks, Bible study, fun, and a few hours of sleep before breakfast and worship at church the next morning.

SCHEDULE

• 1:00pm: Welcome / Check-in (Foothill Vineyard Church, San Dimas)

• 1:30pm: Depart in buses for Bananza!

• 3:00pm: Welcome/Kick-Off

• 5:00pm: Team Rally

• 5:30pm: Dinner

• 7:00pm: Group Activity 

• 9:30pm: Return to Foothill Vineyard Church

• 10:00pm: Depart for Host Homes / Winner's Late-Night Activity 

• 9:00am (Sunday): Breakfast at Host Homes

• 10:30am (Sunday): Real Life Worship Service at Sandburg MS (families welcome to join for the service!)

• 11:45am (Sunday): Go home to sleep!

• 6th Grade: Smith's (boys) & Frisella's (girls)

• 7th Grade: McNamara's (boys) & TBD (girls)

• 8th Grade: Perone’s (boys) & Bertsch’s (girls)

Note: All host-home families attend Real Life, are screened via criminal background check, and have kids in the student ministry program. If you’d like more information about your child’s host home or if your child does not want to participate in the overnighter, simply send an email to students@reallife.la and we’ll follow up with you.

TEAM COLORS

Please come dressed in your team's color for Bananza! You can go simple or all-out... but you will get bonus points for team spirit. You should wear an outfit you don't mind getting slightly messy, and you'll need tennis shoes/flashlight.
