JIM MILLER | LEAD PASTOR
Jim has been serving in professional ministry, non-profit management, and teaching for twenty years. He has a D.Min. from Fuller Seminary, an M.Div. from Princeton Seminary, and a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, and he has taught at Fuller Seminary, Horizon University, and Hawaii Theological Seminary. He is the author of Hardwired (Abingdon Press) and It’s Like This. Jim is married to Yolanda and is father of two.
ANTHONY PRINCE | EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Anthony is a husband, dad, and pastor - in that order. He is a graduate of Fuller Seminary, and has been in pastoral ministry for over two decades. As a consultant & ministry coach, Anthony specializes in helping congregations across the US develop church-wide strategic planning, build sustainable ministries, and create multi-site solutions to better reach their communities. He is married to Christine and together they have three children.

VANESSA FARISH | WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Vanessa is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine and a lifelong musician. She has released four full-length CD's, including "Never Too Late" and "Girl + Guitar."

ZACH RUDULPH | TECH DIRECTOR
Zach Rudulph hails from the Bay Area of Northern California but now calls Los Angeles home with his wife and children. For the better part of the last decade, Zach has steadily traveled with platinum recording artist Andy Grammer acting as his musical director, bassist, and background vocalist. When not on the road or at church, he produces other musical acts, records bass tracks out of his studio, and taps into his passion for songwriting and music production.
STACI TRAVISANO | CHILDREN’S MINISTRY & GROUPS DIRECTOR
Staci has been serving with and leading teams in children's ministry for over a decade. She is a conference speaker and presenter with Group Publishing and an active community advocate for children's education. Staci believes in equipping middle school and high school students through service as they journey towards becoming who God created them to be. Staci is married to Mark and they are parents to Madisyn, Jacob, and Allisyn.

WENDI FERRONATO
Wendi Ferronato is an elementary school principal and has been a member of Real Life since it started. She lives locally with her husband and has three grown children whom she loves spending time with. Her passion is for families and how to best serve them in today's world.
KAREN GILKESON
Karen is an attorney working for the California Court of Appeal. She has a passion for practicing law with fairness and integrity, but has made it her goal to find balance between work and family life, spending time with her husband of 20 years, Marcus, and their three children, Emily, Katie and Joe. Karen helps to lead a small group for high school girls, and loves to study the Bible.
JOHN TATE
John is a consultant for a national bank specializing in crisis management, business processes and communication. At RLLA he serves on the Finance Team, co-leads Financial Peace University, has been a small group leader and loves to cook and BBQ for various events. John has been married to Tifani for over 15 years and they are parents to Isabella “Bella” and Alexander “AJ”.
BALDWIN LOPEZ
Baldwin Lopez is a Real Estate agent for Keller Williams. His mission in life is to be used by God wherever he is, and wherever he is needed. He has attended Real Life since the second week they met, and is committed to the Lord and His purpose. He has been married 40 years, has two sons, two daughters in-law, and five grandchildren, who he believes to be future world changers.
