MIDDLE SCHOOL

6th - 8th Grade

  MS Sunday Morning | 9:00 & 10:30AM   We hold weekly worship services at Sandburg Middle School, and have a Middle School gathering at both 9:00 and 10:30am worship services. Simply join your family in the gym for worship, and then you'll be dismissed during the announcements. We'll gather up on the patio, and head over the library. We usually play a game and have a lesson/discussion with group time.

Therefore, we encourage students to engage with a midweek small group. Groups meet weekly in homes and/or community, and are based on your grade and gender.  9th-12th graders… grab a friend and join Real Life LA for an afternoon of serving, followed by an evening of good food and fun in downtown LA! We'll serve at Sandburg MS for a few hours of campus cleaning, painting, and grounds work. Then we'll head over to APU/Citrus station to head downtown for dinner and a group activity before heading back home.   Cost:  $25 (includes metro ticket, dinner, and activity)   Date:  November 10, 2018

We'll then have an all-group activity and dinner together before you and your friends will head to a church family "host home" for a sleepover.   Cost:  $35 (early bird, before Oct 31); $40 (regular, after Nov 1)   Dates:  December 1-2, 2018
